Just had carpet put down in our first home, and all I can say is wow. We didn't really have any idea of what we wanted when we walked in. But the young lad who served us (Matt) Was such a big help and so knowledgeable when it came to helping us Choose. Any Questions/Queries we asked where all fed back to us expertly and nothing seemed like to much trouble for him. Once we had chosen our carpet and had it ordered, He was always in touch, Keeping us up to date and where we was at with everything. He made the entire process so effortless and we cant thank him enough as it was all pretty new to us. The fitter who came to our house (Mark) done an amazing job and you can tell he is a genuine nice guy who just wants give the best quality fitting for your house. So easy to talk to and done a brilliant job! Overall. Great friendly service, great prices and absolutely zero stress. would happily recommend. And thank you for making our first House a Home! The floor we chose is amazing, Ross in Flooring uk helped us choose the tiles and tramline detailing - Chris Kent who laid the floor - what a professional - his prep work was brilliant, his laying of the tiles and the intricate detailing of the tramlines was an art form. Brilliant Craftsman. Highly recommended

So pleased with my new flooring.From start to finish. Matt at UK flooring was so helpful and assuring with me. Nothing was to much trouble. . Jo and Graham came today and fitted my hall lounge and dining room. What a lovely job they did I chose Habour Oak Natural with white beading it looks amazing. If you want new flooring this is the place to go! Jo and Graham also sing as they work..Must be great to do a job that keeps you happy.
