I paid 747 for next day service on 3 tests conducted 31-Dec-2020 for my family flying internationally on Sunday, 3-Jan-2021. They guaranteed results between 4pm and 11:59pm on Saturday, 2-Jan-2021. No results given on the promised day so family missed their flight. The results showed up at 3pm Sunday afternoon. When I called about a refund they said it must be due to a test rerun without even checking. Obviously this the trained response to get out of the money back guarantee. Booked 3 new tests on Monday 4-Jan-2021 paying 747 for next day service again (stupid me). By midnight the next day received only one result. I am sure they will claim a rerun was required to get out of the money back guarantee again. You can not trust this place to deliver results in time and they have a built in excuse to not honor the money back claim.

It is a really professional clinic！ First of all，the clinic is clean and aesthetically sensitive with comfortable scent. Secondly，the operators are polite，careful and gentle especially Natasha who is my operator. She is really nice asking my needs and evaluating my conditions. Then she gave me the most suitable treatment scheme. Thanks for her effort again！ Lastly，the medical machines get FDA certificate which guarantees the safety. And ，the price is quite reasonable and affordable compared with other clinics . All in all，choosing vivo clinic for fat freezing you won't get disappointed！ Why not have a try！
Booked my test for Monday 25th January 1:00pm as I was flying out on Wednesday and the place I was going to required a negative Covid test 72 hours before departure. I chose the next day service which cost me 249.00 and they guaranteed I would receive my results on Tuesday 26th January between 4pm and 12am. However they sent my negative results at 1:00pm on Tuesday 26th January which I did not expect! I paid for a service and I received it! Its weird how so many people on here had bad experience. Maybe I was one of the lucky ones that got the service I paid for. Will use again in furture.
Visited the clinic on the 17 December for a PCR test which I found very efficient and helpful on that day I decided to upgrade and have next day results should of received them by midnight I did not all day on the phone promising me to phone back the waiting time to get through is about 45 minutes each time the last phone call was at midnight Saturday I was leaving for the airport at 1.30 am demanding what the hell was going on 12.30 I got my results and when I did get them my passport no was not on them so again another phone call the stress that it caused me and the upset now they are saying I won't be getting my 100 back because it was a rerun that appears to be there get out clause off not returning monies off broken guarantee of the results the call center did there best to help but are also very well trained to say rerun that's the delay
PCR test before Christmas - paid for 24hr service. They warned me it might be delayed but i got the results in about 12hrs. Very quick and efficient, I turned up an hour early, and they did me right away.
