Very nice service at Autohaus Schaal. The BMW retailer pays great attention to COVID19-guidelines. I bought a second hand car and the service was excellent. Price policy is absolutely fair, the service is uncomplicated and expeditious and my seller Mr. Baustert was very helpful in every aspect and never late replying to my many emails. He explained everything in good detail and was happy to help. Car was delivered in impeccable condition! Can only recommend to look for a BMW here! Not only “Freude am Fahren” also “Freude an Kaufen”. I hope the after sale service is as good as my first experience with Autohaus Schaal.
I have my BMW serviced by Autohaus Schaal and I can only say that it is the worst experience I have had with a mechanic ever. After Autohaus Schaal changed two gaskets on the rear axle of my car I subsequently had to have the same gaskets changed again along with the rear axle and drive shaft at a cost of 2.300. One authorized BMW mechanic and one independent mechanic have both established that Autohaus Schaal caused the damages. Autohaus Schaal denies liability and does not want to offer reasonable compensation despite pictures, videos and the assessment from other mechanics. I would recommend that you do not use this workshop ever!!
