My fuel flap wouldn't open so I couldn't get petrol. Bill Lock was the 4th place I'd phoned and unlike the Hyundai dealer in Basildon where I bought my car who had nothing to offer ( can you believe that?!) I was told: bring the car round now, we'll have a look. In 30 seconds he fixed it, no charge! I'll definitely go back there if I have a problem.

Mechanic was decent enough to reopen the garage on a Saturday afternoon to help fix an issue with my Lancer that would have been problematic for my drive back all the way to Scotland. Very kind & friendly staff (not forgetting the cat either). Thank you for a quick and efficient service. Asif
