Bought a lovely focus 2012 estate, very high spec, low mileage, when I got there I was shown the car which was being valeted, I was left to look at the car without any pressure at all, which I like, I noticed that there was a scrape on the side, nothing major, I mentioned this to Junior, he shown me that the car was priced lower than it should be, which I knew as I had done a lot of looking around, he said he would fill the tank for me, and I sort the minor scrape out, which I thought was fair enough. Good set of lads, friendly, and a very quick simple process, they had even changed the timing belt prior to sale. I drove away very happy.

Superstars! Having had company cars for over 20 years I was pretty nervous about entering back into the used car market. Even after a short time I'd already come across some far from ideal experiences that reinforced the old stereotypes. Therefore I must admit the interaction with Junior and his team was a complete pleasure from the word go and even when there were a couple of challenges he went above and beyond to resolve them. Well worth the 6 hours train ride to find the perfect example of what I was looking for. I would and have recommended them to others.

Fantastic experience with Global Automobiles! Very friendly and keen to help people, especially Junior. Communication was clear and to the point from the very start, helping to remove any uncertainties I had with the car. There was no pressure or a feeling of being rushed with the purchase, giving me plenty of time to inspect the vehicle on my own as well as a going for a test drive. The dealership made the whole process quite easy and convenient for me, going above and beyond to address any concerns I had as well as completing the transfer documentation and tax for me. The final price was exactly as stated, very competitively priced I should add, also no last-minute surprises or extra costs. The car itself was in amazing condition with a perfect service and track record which sowed later in the drive home. Hopefully, it continues to perform as well, which I am sure it will. Really cannot recommend their services enough. Looking forward to dealing with you again in the future!

Great experience! Conner the sales guy was very attentive and answered all our questions. No pressure to buy. We asked for a few things to be sorted before buying and Junior the owner was more than willing to sort out. It was a birthday present for my wife and she absolutely loves the car. There is a team on site to sort out any problems should you require and Junior will be happy to listen to any queries. The car was super clean and polished when picking up. Even had a bow on it! Nice touch. Happy to recommend to anyone looking for a second hand Mercedes. Keep up the good work guys!

Friendly and honest service. I was allowed to view car in my own time and was told to treat as my own which instilled a lot of confidence. Junior is upfront and honest and will give overview of the car and any issues that were highlighted they were resolved. Some great classic Mercedes as well which brought back memories from my childhood.
