Staff are always polite and even in horrible weather seem jolly. They check your postcode and there are 5 bays set up. The process is quick and safe. Can't take paint or soil though.

It's a shame that we are all trying to reduce our carbon footprint and the amount of cars that have to go to the tip because you cannot put extra waste by your bin it must be less fuel to put a bag in the bin by a person than having to take it to the tip by car how is it the council cannot see this .
