Overstaffed, too many hanging around in the foyer chatting with the bully security guards, too many hanging around the self serve checkouts. Some of the George and customer service ladies are lovely though. I think a lot of the staff could be deployed to other stores within the borough. Few of the managers are not very nice either. Not a patch on the Caerphilly Asda.

Hope pats more help then the one's on the checkout. I was there last night and not one checkout was open, only the self service checkouts was open. Five self service, and guess what? Five of the staff stood about doing absolutely nothing. Well one was doing her bit. Poor service. Who runs these places. Checkout these pics they sell petrol here. 1.19 a litre. Nice price. It's card only and they charge you a 1 for using the card.
Calling the Blackwood store I found it awful to say the very least. Messages RUSHED... hard to hear... When I indicated by pressing 1...i was a customer... I WAS CUT OFF.. First being told to go on. Line.... Well if that's how they feel... No probs.... Ile buy the Air Fryer from Tesco and the Microwave there too.... Bye Asda... Terri le
With all the people ignoring the Covid precautions of no entry and one way systems.. I wonder how they got there safely if they drove there... No wonder Caerphilly county is on verge of another lockdown
Toilets not the cleanest. Baby change room could do with a deep clean. Pretty big store. Watched security chase a shoplifter stealing milkshake and jam tarts. Caught him and took him back in store. Big clothes range. Post box in this Asda
