Online consultation worked perfectly well and much easier and faster than attending using up unnecessary time of busy staff. . There are too many people about who waste clinicians and other staff time and most of them are unhealthy due to their own making - smoking , eating too much, no exercise , drinking , drugs and self labeling themselves as having mental ill health when they have to do anything for themselves. I had a reply and urgent tests set up within 48 hours.

I rang the practice over 200 times between 2pm to 3pm constantly engaged. Eventually got through to be told that all book on day appointments gone! Asked how many receptionists are working today and i was told three, told them i have rang over 200 times! The receptionist wasn't really concerned about any of this. I'm a manager working within in the NHS, I know how busy front desk is but this is just not acceptable! Didn't even want to give one star but no option.

Outstanding service. Last minute consultation on Christmas Eve and a follow up note on Christmas Day to make sure things were ok. Highly recommend!

Nice modern building. All the staff have been really good in the most of a year I have been there. Sometimes can be a wait for appointments but there are on the day appointments which is great. Disabled access, all on one level. Close to the pharmacy in the other building. I would recommend.
