Expensive and not very timely service. I'm always last on their route and today they missed me completely.

30/month for trash in the town of Windsor. It was only 10/month at my old apartment. If you don’t pay, they take your barrel away real fast. Lady on the phone was more than happy to take my money. This town should petition for a cheaper trash collection service. Freaking monopoly.
Windsor Sanitation does what they are contracted to do. However, the price they charge for service, when surrounding towns get free pickup because of he town taxes they pay. Taxes in Windsor are just as high as other towns so why not provide free pickup?
The customer service is horrible !!! They make up fees as they go or when the feel like it. Then I politely ask them to show me where I can find information on said fee their response “we are a private owned company we can come up with any fees we want to” I hate this company so much !!
As a real estate agent, having a reliable service like Windsor Sanitation that can assist our pre-listing clean outs, flipper/investors, or even our commercial clients is invaluable. It makes us look even better because Windsor Sanitation and the Team there (Mark, especially!) does a great job. Keep up the great work!
