I figured I would write this, while I'm re-cooking the food I just picked up from this place, because the baked potato was the only item that had any semblance of heat left. Wanna know why it's cold? Probably because I was made to wait an extra 30 min, for no reason, even though my food was already done. (the tag for my bag was printed 3 minutes before my scheduled pickup, so that's where I make the assumption it was ready the whole time) When I showed up, there was a long line outside that was not moving, and since I had received the text that my order was ready, I figured it would be easier for everyone involved if I just went inside to pick it up. When I went inside and spoke to the hostess, she just told me to go back outside and get in line, which was roughly 20 cars deep. It was not busy inside, but she didn't ask anything about my order, or even attempt to see if it was ready, she just told me to go wait. Due to this, my food had to sit for another half hour. I got to waste my time, AND get cold food, but they somehow got all of my money. I won't make the mistake of giving them another cent ever again. I rarely complain about this stuff, as I am also in customer service and I know it was a busy day, so on some level, I get it, but when I was right there ready to pick up the order, and the food was ready, this was just laziness, and a poorly managed situation. I actually feel robbed. If I was going to have to cook my own meal, I could have bought these items much cheaper at the grocery store. Oh... And the kicker...the sauce container for the Bloomin Onion sauce wasn't sealed, and was just thrown in the bag; so in addition to cooking my meal, I had to clean it too. Texas Roadhouse is across the street. More food for your money, better food for your money, your food will be warm, and more friendly service. I usually go there, but decided to try Outback to switch things up a bit. Won't make that mistake again.

Ordered curbside pick up. When I got home my steak was practically perfect. My wife's steak salad was exceptionally good. They packed the steak and salad dressing separately so it was very fresh when unpacked. Everything tasted great. It is unfortunate that we have to order this way, but under the circumstances it was a very nice meal.
My SO and I came here last night. It was our first dine-in experience since lockdown, and I want to thank everyone who was there last night for the AMAZING experience. My SO and I both felt comfortable with the new standard in place. The hostess was very polite and nice, and seated us within minutes of walking in the door. Our server was top-notch! Friendly, fast, and provided amazing service. Whoever was the chef last night deserves a huge raise, because our food was AMAZING. Steaks came out perfectly, and the mashed potatoes tastes fresh! 10/10 would come here again. THANK YOU to everyone to provided an amazing dine-in experience.
This review is overdue. I did a pickup order a few weeks ago. The restaurant was very backed up with orders. Victor and his team were amazing. Despite getting yelled at by unruly patrons they ran from the restaurant to each car to get people their orders as quickly as possible. I would order again solely based on Victors ability to keep calm and extremely friendly during high stress.
Food is awesome. A little slow picking up curbside had to wait 20 minutes
