Gary has replaced the felt on a flat roof on our house. We were initially happy with the work and so we paid him. The next time we had heavy rain the roof started leaking. We contacted him and he visited to look at it, however he was not able to resolve the problem. Now he has stopped responding to emails and does not keep appointments. He has issued a guarantee but it is not worth the paper it is written on. I am having to pay another company to come and and put it right. Not recommended, avoid
