I was having my roof-line replaced when the builders discovered a wasps nest. I found Stephen on Checkatrade. He asked if it was an emergency and came around within the hour. Stephen found and treated two wasps nests, but only charged me the original agreed price. Later in the afternoon the builders found another nest. Stephen came back within the hour and treated the third nest. He didn't want to charge for the second visit! Stephen is an absolute gem, professional, easy to deal with and clearly very reasonable.
