Really friendly, professional flying school. All the flying instructors and welcoming and really helpful. If I was training for my PPL (H) I would definitely choose Flying Pigs/ Elstree Helicopters due to the very high success rate of current students that I know that train there. Flying Pig Helicopters offer flying experiences too which is a really exciting gift for any friends or family members! Overall a great business.

What an amazing experience!! Paul the pilot was lovely and friendly and so we're the receptionist Elaine and Chelby. Only disappointment was the fact I got a text message after 5pm the day before the lesson, offering me a discount price if i were to purchase photos and the movie. But I needed to reply before 5pm. But I didn't get the message until 5.50pm. When mentioned this to Chelby the receptionist she told me she couldn't do anything. Was not very happy so please flying pig....You need to ensure those txt messages are being sent prior to 5pm for other people.

Completely waste of time and money, because of: - We had an appointment at 9. They called us at 8:45 and the flight took place at 10:20. - Nobody informed us that it was in a group so we had to wait for everyone to arrive. After the complete training lasts 6 minutes for the video and 5 minutes for conversation. And you may have to fly first or fourth. Nobody informs you when you book your appointment. - During an hour of waiting they take you to the helicopter to take a photo with their camera that they make you buy directly. - Although the helicopter is stopped, you cannot take photos with your mobile. Only they can take photos of you. - The worst of all is that you have to wait for everyone to take photos until your turn. The helicopter is stopped but they still tell you that you can get distracted. - And then when you buy the photo that the person who works there has taken of you, so , he is not even a professional photographer, the quality of it is very low. The duration of the flight is 10 minutes, yes you are informed about it, but if you do not live around the corner, it is not worth it traveling there to wait all that time and fly 10 minutes. At least in my opinion is waste of time and money. I do not recommend it at all.
