I can't stress that last one enough - I didn't have a clue what I was doing and Donna (as well as Liam and Emma) was just wonderful at walking me through everything and being really proactive. We spent a year in a rental managed by Belvoir. From start to finish the service was excellent, professional and very helpful. We had a few issues with repairs (new build property) which were resolved quickly and without stress. The move in/out process was handled with ease. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I have used boston letting agents I know it was a short period of time but they have outstanding customer service, efficiency and conscientious attention to detail for both myself as the landlord and for the tenants that have resided in the property for the duration.
