Absolutely fantastic food and amazing service. My parents booked the meal as a present to us after our wedding was postponed due to Covid, but we still came down here for our non honeymoon. They were so helpful with my mum on the phone and the food was spot on. Next time we are staying down here we will definitely go back!

We had the Heat @ Home Sunday lunch, and it was just as good as it usually is when we are sat in the restaurant. Such a good idea, and gives us our Barley Mow fix during a tough tier 3 period. Would love to be back, but for now, we would recommend the Heat at home to anyone without hesitation - delicious!
We booked a table at The Barley Mow in advance due to COVID measures. The pub had excellent precautions in place and was very clear about how to follow them, which made us feel at ease. I ordered the ribs and my partner had the pork belly, both if which were absolutely delicious... best meal we have had out in a long time. Staff were friendly and professional, and the pub itself is a lovely setting. If we are ever in the area again, we will be stopping by!
Just been here as part of out honeymoon get away and have to say we wish we had found it sooner. Absolutely amazing, brilliant staff and the food was perfect everything cooked perfectly and loads of flavour. We WILL be returning everytime we visit the area. Thank you so much Ash & Becky
Superb lovely presented food. Nothing seems or tastes frozen, precooked, reheated. Relaxed but stylish with non pretentious but attentive staff. Well worth a 40 minute drive for a nice meal out.
