We went into Hendy Nissan in September to buy our second car from there. We had lovely customer service 8 years ago, and it was no different this time around. Nicole in particular looked after us very well all the way through the process, despite the covid restrictions. We felt very safe each time we visited and she was extremely professional and great with the kids too. We are very pleased with our new car and we would happily go and see Nicole if we have any problems. Thank you Hendy!

Wasn't impressed at all I'm sorry to say. Went in to purchase 2 x brand new cars and trade in an existing vehicle. The sales advisor was polite but didn't seem to have any decision making permissions, she constantly had to check every query with her manager which was quite frustrating. Considering we were looking to purchase over 70k worth of cars, there was barely any flexibility with price negotiation for the new cars and an incredibly poor valuation for our trade in vehicle. We were also told that a clutch needed replacing (which it doesn't) on a 28,000 mile car in an attempt to devalue the car, an underhand tactic. We were also given incorrect information on one of the cars we were interested in buying, we were told that the GR Yaris had around 350bhp, in reality it has 257. There didn't seem to be much product knowledge on one of the hottest cars that Toyota have manufactured for decades. We were also double booked for a test drive and left sitting around waiting for 45 minutes for some other customers to bring the car back. Consequently, we ended up purchasing both cars from another dealership who offered us a significantly better price for our trade in and a significantly better offer on identical new cars, suffice to say, they gained our business rather than Hendy in Bournemouth. Sadly, this isn't an isolated incident, a couple of years ago we purchased a car from Hendy and had a list of promises which weren't fulfilled resulting in repeat visits to the dealership for rectification.

Happy to sell the vehicle to take my money but not so happy when there is a problem. 7 months on after asking for my money back I'm still having problems with the vehicle. You must read their terms and conditions which state they take no responsibility for the quality of the vehicles they sell! Enough said really

Fantastic customer service once again from everyone in the Sales team, from Gerard, whom we have seen numerous times over the past ten years and various car purchases, who always has such enthusiasm and professionalism to new chap Ben who also came across sincere and extremely personable and did all the hard work. The cars are great too, however it is the customer service that gets us going back each time!

Just bought my new car from here and Rebecca Grace was amazing, she went above and beyond to get a really good deal on the car I initially thought I wouldn't be able to afford. Very happy! I've always got my cars from here and I've always been happy with the service but this was a particularly fantastic purchase! Thank you Becky!!
