Always a pleasant trip, Great staff and a great variety of items for sale the best Cash Converters in the area by far!!!!. Better prices given for trading in towards items in store. Highly recommended GB

Basically, the manager of this shop Scott wanted a PS4 alongside with other equipment. Communication was done on Shpock, so I went to Cash Converters shop and gave all the equipment including PS4 and Scott did NOT state that the person that is coming needs to be over 18 and paper ID is required, so my Dad had to pay 1.00 parking and come in himself. They asked him for paper ID, like if he isn't over 18 when he is really 53 year old but even though he did not have paper ID your staff did proceed with this. One of the staff what I found rude when I told one of your other staff that I am under 18. He said that I told you if I am over 18 in which I did not hear this and also my brother did not hear this as well. Also, the staff told my Dad to say to me and my brother that they did not give me 50. This is very unprofessional.

Such a great buying experience with issy. Sold me the top of the range iPad and made sure it was in full working order. Very honest and truth worthy young man, I will be back to buy some more stuff from here.. Guys n girls make sure you come and see issy for all your needs. He is such a great,amazing,professional sales man (my list could go on and on). I loved his sales approach, and his calm manner upon serving. Informing me of all the variety of items they buy and sell, offering me the lay-by,buy back, pawn and cheque cashing services. Come to buy tablet for my son got served by Issy we love the tablet thanks issy *** Up date 09.09.2020 Unfortunately, the tablet is not charging. I found very strange what Issy wrote in the Invoice \ battery software not under warranty\???? I hope you can sort it tomorrow.
