Really happy with our new fire place. James took on board everything we said when we visited the showroom. We just wanted something simple, electric and modern looking to replace the ancient gas fire and surround in the living room. That's exactly what we got. Plenty of communication throughout and everything went to plan. To sum up Old fireplace removed, gas capped off, chimney sealed, walls made good, new marble hearth and surround and nice new electric fire for less than 1000.
I would like to say a huge thank you to James, Michael and the team for the flawless designing and fitting of our fireplace feature. From the very first phone call enquiry to the final installation, James kept us well-informed and reassured. Both himself and Michael are so professional and passionate about their work and it shows in every detail. Everything exceeded our expectations and I'm so glad to have come across their services. I would highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!
Just finished having our gas fire installed by two of James's fitters ,thank you Steve and Jimmy for going that bit extra on a difficult installation, even cleaning the front room before they left. Also thanks to James for his advice and input into the job from advice on which fire was suitable for our room to final installation of said fire .also to James's Dad for his work onthe roof in poor weather conditions. Cannot recommend this family firm enough, thanks guy's.
