Worst company to do business with. Take your money and then just fail on after sales service. Rude on the phone and unresponsive, want you to visit them so they can have an argument with you. Avoid at all cost and go somewhere else. They are cheap for a reason

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE !!! they are unprofessional rip off merchants take ya money reckoning to give you the best price !!!! However can’t measure a door properly to fit !!! When I close my front door there is a 2cm gap At the bottom !!!which I have been told is normal despite the other 2 external doors in the house Which don’t have this gap!!! I paid for 11 windows and 3 external composite doors yet they can’t come and rectify the mistake they have made!!! For 2 winters we have had 1 visit where the guy stuck a draft excluder on the inner of the door PATHETIC the draft that we receive from the gap blew the excluder off !! No customer service skills whatsoever!!! And just like to fob you off I paid and I will not back down until my door is sorted !! I am in touch with the ombudsman and also watchdog to monitor this situation they will advise me of my options to come!!
