We bought a new home in Maldon. Poor quality work throughout, but the customer care after is appalling. Contractors often dont arrive, or cause more damage. Management fail to return calls. Over 100 faults, over 30 days spent it waiting for Contractors. Often don't turn up, and never call to advise, some cracking excuses, include ran out of petrol, and had to take van for mot. Waiting for the dog ate my paperwork. Customer service exec offered 1000 for us not to have the kitchen faults rectified as they don't have faith in there own people. Would never buy a Crest Nicholson home again.
