Very nice staff,friendly and informative.
The last couple of times i have been in there i have been followed around by members of staff even after iv said thank you im just looking they feel the need to still follow me and talk to me it now puts me off going in to store to buy anything ill be ordering online next time!!

I had a gold chain repaired there. When it came back after 3 days the chain broke again. It took it back they claimed the chain broke in a different place,i'd have to pay another 40 to fix the chain. No way. Not going there again
