My friend recruited me and I like working here. Good team spirit. Good contracts and shift premiums for the area. If you like factory work its fine. Fixed shift patterns and don’t have to work weekends unless you want to. You get paid to recruit friends.
Managed to get some of your smoked ham in Aldi yesterday. This is my favourite that you do but it’s not always available in my local store. If you could just do boxes of smoked I think it would sell really well, because I would buy it all Keep up the good work.
Really enjoyed my time (2014-2018) working at BM Foods but sadly had to leave due to re-location. If I could find another business like them where I am now I would be so much happier. I have many positives and fond memories from working here but what I often think about the most is how friendly everyone was, from the people you work with, to your Manager to the Owners everyone knows your name and the feeling of being part of a team is really hard to come by these days.
Good place too work, paid on time and can do overtimes often. Is a cold site as food, but warm clothing given. Teams good, parking and canteen.
