I cant recommend Uma, Patricia and the team highly enough. They went above and beyond in helping my wife and I despite the fact that we had frozen embryos with a clinic in London. Their customer care really made the difference to us during what can be a very stressful experience. Thank you!

I don’t know how to say thank you to Dr Mrs Gordon (Consultant Gynaecologist and Specialist in Reproductive Medicine and Surgery Bristol Fertility clinic) and her Assistant. Very nice lady’s I ever seen so helpful and caring. Was trying for my second baby more then 5 years then I heard about this clinic after 4 months of treatment(Alhamdulillah) I become pregnant. We saw Uma Gordon after four miscarriages when we’d started to consider whether it was worth continuing trying to conceive. Uma’s practical, straightforward advice was delivered in a compassionate way and helped adjust our negative mindset into something far more positive. I’m delighted to say that we now have a beautiful baby girl and we are so pleased that we visited Uma’s practice. From our initial consultation through to our early pregnancy scans with Uma her warmth and support were first class, she took the time to get to know you as individuals. Our experience of undertaking our IVF journey with Mrs Gordon has been superb. From our first consultation we knew we were going to be supported through the process by an extremely caring and knowledgeable clinician, who had our best interests at heart. We were never encouraged to do anything that wasn't evidence based. Mrs Gordon's positivity about our chances really helped us stay focussed throughout, whilst all of our concerns and questions were answered fully and in a gentle manner. We will be forever grateful for the support and encouragement we received from Mrs Gordon and all her team and are now proud and besotted parents to our little baby girl.
