I bought a fairly basic safe following an online search. Courier delivery was extremely prompt (effectively next working day). The safe was exactly what I expected and functioned perfectly. Unfortunately it was marred by the powder coating on the corner of the door flaking away revealing bare steel. I know these things are not works of art, and they are never prominently displayed, however this less than perfect finish did disappoint. I contacted the company with photo's and got an immediate phone call in return apologising for the problem and advising that a replacement would be provided. These safes are of German manufacture and Quality Control is not normally an issue I was advised. A courier arrived to collect the original. Another courier delivered the replacement - which is perfect in every way. What a brilliant company to deal with. I can highly recommend them.
