Had a dog bite case back in April. They reviewed my case and said I have very good chances of winning a claim. Once I decided to go with them... from that moment on I had trouble to contact them despite multiple emails and phone calls. Finnaly after 5th call and 4th email they responded. Since then I received no updates on the case except that my case handler was changed 3 times. Then a week or so ago I received an email from them that my case was dropped. They literally wrote that they closed my case. Nothing else. No explanation as to why. Nothing. Pathetic firm.
