The staff are friendly enough and it's a convenient place to go in a pinch but the quality of the products is dire, not to mention overpriced. If you're just picking up liquid to tide you over then it's pretty good but with batteries, tanks and coils it's not worth the money or the stress.

This shop is a shining example of what any retail establishment should be. The staff are knowledgeable on the wide range of products they stock (and stuff they don't with educated reasons). They are also all friendly, fun, extremely helpful. Nothing seems too much trouble and they love a good chat if you have the time (if not, they're happy to get you on your way). The bonus scheme is excellent too. Big shout-outs to every member of the Gloucester road store. You rock!
