Staff were friendly and the app worked fine. Food could have been a little hotter and nut roast wasn't amazing but friends said the beef and pork roast was good.
Got a takeaway roast from The Lazy Dog today. It was absolutely delicious! Super lovely and friendly staff too! Highly recommend. Will be going back when they reopen for dine in
The app for ordering drinks and food is a disaster! Constantly crashing, won't add to basket, crashes when trying or order. Just terrible. Took 25minutes just to order two meals. Then there was an administrative charge on top of the menu price!?! I had to check with the staff that the order had actually been made. There are many other perfectly good platforms lazy dog, do yourself a favour and switch. Nice food. Good beer. Rubbish app!
Great dog-friendly boozer. Well kept cask ale and good hearty pub food with a good selection of meals and light bites to choose from. The chicken skewers were delicious. 'Lazy' fish and chips was good. Nice piece of pan fried cod (a bit small) and massive hand cut chips (close to roast potato size!) with tartare and mushy peas! Great stuff. The buttermilk chicken burger was awesome. Lovely big pub garden and neat little cosy booths inside. Good service. Will definitely visit again.
