Lovely bike shop. Owner was overly helpful and helped us greatly during our travels. We came ill prepared and frustrated with a flat tyre and the owner allowed us to use his tools free of charge. Very cheap prices too as we had to replace an inner tube. And he gave us an old tyre for free!

Had a pedal shear off my bike's crank arm while I was riding the Bristol-Bath, and I was looking at walking home - fortunately I was coming past Webbs' workshop, and the mechanic was generous enough to re-thread the crank and install a new pedal right before closing time. Saved me big time, and the job he did is completely solid. Thank you!

I had my daughters bike serviced within a day which was brilliant, and when I came to collect it I brought another bike of mine along with a buckled rear wheel. Si was brilliant and fixed it free of charge on the spot for me which was fantastic and unexpected. Great customer service, many thanks. Ben
