I am just writing to say what great service I received yesterday from your Bromley store - unfortunately, I didn't get the assistant's name but he did answer the phone enquiry so hopefully it's not too difficult to trace who it was. I rang to order a bit of ply-board which I asked to be cut to size. I paid for it and I got a phone call at 4.30pm to say it was ready for collection. I was working at that point, so he said they'd have it ready for me to collect the next day or if I'd rather, he could take a short detour on his walk home and drop it off to me to save me coming out in the snow. I thought that was so kind! Thank you for going over and above for your customer service, I'll definitely be shopping locally again!

Great service,great staff. I needed some advice on a job I was doing,and the guys there could not have been more helpful. I visited on a few occasions over the past couple of days,and every time a different member of staff was brilliant. The job was completed successfully,thanks in no small part to Champion.
