Not really their fault, but online order due to be at Bromley store mysteriously now cancelled owing to 'a problem' yet no email or call to tell me, waited until I went up there. 3 to 5 days for a refund too and 35 minutes spent wasted with Customer Services who themselves are difficult to get hold of. In a world of businesses going under, surely customer service should be paramount.

Normally excellent service on this occasion i ordered my items on line Orpington went to pickup they hadn't got my order it was at Bromley so I had to make a special journey.

Bad service! I understand we are in a pandemic! But staff being incompetent to do their job it’s not an excuse! staff ignores you, they can see your waiting on a queue and call other people to go ahead of you! Although you’ve been waiting there for nearly 20 minutes. Unsatisfied! I normally go to curries PC world and this one! Was the only one I have seen treating people like that. As if in important! When your clearly there to spend money! Poor rating 1 star! Costumer service.
