Charged elderly parent for services never received . This company said certain services were needed but DOB confirmed not necessary. Wrong information was given about violations. Refund requested but denied by company after receiving no services and incorrect information. Legal means unfortunately are being sought.

If you purchase a gas dryer to install or vent it properly you must have a work permit . . otherwise you have created a violation . Building Violation helped to the tune of 7000 dollars . I needed my coop apartment cleared. they did what I could not do .
