Very flavorful but not the best Mediterranean food in Brooklyn. I got sick from it, I guess I ordered too late (5pm) and the food was cooked early. It had a discount on seamless so... probably not the freshest. I got stomach sick and my por dog too just from a little bite. Disappointing. I would skip this place. Usually I don’t mind when the taste or presentation is underwhelming but when I get sick from it I feel I have to leave a review to warn other people with a sensitive stomach. X

The falafel tastes so fresh. I had the wrap and dined in. They bring your food to the table. My partner had the steak platter. The woman working the front desk was kind and answered many of our questions since I'm vegan. The cool thing about this place is ordering food on the kiosk.
First I want to say that food quality wise this place is good. But service wise it is horrible. I highly recommend to not order food delivery from them. If you must, go there in person to make sure they pack everything you ordered. Second time in a row they do not bring the entire order and then instead of apologizing and at least offering to deliver the rest of the food they promise to provide refund and they don't. I have to call them 2-3 times days later to get it done. Only owner has access to pull orders from a few days ago. Have to keep on calling to find out when it will be processed. Their \manager\ instead of apologizing and resolving the situation, she hangs up the phone. In this pandemic situation the last thing I want to do is give bad review to a local family run restaurant. But the way the staff and especially the \manager\ was acting towards me forced me to do it. Will definitely not order from them again.
Falafel was good and wrap is a hearty size. Their shattah sauce is legit spicy.
The food taste amazing. The food is made fresh the flavors are good. They are very clean.
