UNRELIABLE! NO SERVICE AND NO REFUND. I LOST MY TIME AND MONEY I tried the Nanny Bag service on april 2nd, 2019 in Brussels, Belgium. I booked a 3-luggages deposit from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. in this very store and paid 18 for that. I arrived on the place and I found the shop closed! I immediately wrote to the app help center and to the shop but after 2 days I received NO ANSWER AT ALL. SO I CARRIED MY LUGGAGES THE WHOLE MORNING AND LOST MY MONEY.
We booked for a Nanny bag in this shop that was 24h/7days open but it was closed and it ruins all our plans.
