I truly enjoyed my time in Buddha retreats. It’s a magical place (especially early mornings when you are surrounded by a thick fog and birds singing). The team was very friendly and helpful. Madalena was always available to answer any questions we might have and assist ad hoc. Cannot omit to note the mouthwatering vegetarian food prepared by Lorrayne. Super delicious! The dogs and cats living in Quinta were a lovely addition to the whole stay: always playful and eager to receive cuddles. Yoga with Frits was great: having practiced vinyasa and ashtanga yoga throughout the years, Iyangar yoga helped me to better understand and align some of my assanas (will take on the lesson for my future practice). Overall, an amazing experience spiced up with yoga and surf. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to chill, take care of yourself and make new friends!

Um sitio lindo, rodeado pela Natureza. Aonde um rio faz questão de marcar presença, e a passagem das suas àguas. Muito acolhedor, romântico, duma beleza ùnica. Aonde a magia do silêncio se une ao canto dos pássaros. Aconselho vivamente!
