I had a really nice time there. Excellent Earl Grey tea and a delicious home made ( it seemed like ) fruit scone and jam. Very friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere .

I have shopped here many times as I believe in supporting local business. Unfortunately did not have the best experience this morning. Might be an idea to put a policy sign up in clear view of what customers can expect and inform all members of staff as well.
