Disgraceful service by the managers regarding refund for returned item, this was after it had already been delivered, damaged and to the incorrect address and was left without obtaining a signature, This has been ongoing for several months(end of July!!!) and all we get is a promise of the money being returned by the end of October 18, then after another telephone call by 13th November 18 and still no refund. You can not even post review without giving a star Mrs Julie Stanyard 15.11.18 Still no return call from John regarding our refund as requested yesterday, so I called again today and yet again all Vicki could do was pass on my details and request for someone to call to confirm refund - no call no refund is this really the way to deal with a customer? I shall wait to see if anybody can return my call tomorrow.
