I recently bought a computer to use for working from home from here and it's working great - I'm very happy with it. I really came here to say how satisfied I was with the new in-store pick-up method that they're providing. It is amazing! You can wait in your car, pop your trunk and have an employee bring it out for you - you just need to then close your trunk, so the employee can be safe. It was quick and efficient. I'm very happy that the company is providing this it shows that not only do they care about their customer's safety and well-being, but their employee's as well and that is a company I'm happy to buy from. Obviously, if you've been following measures this pandemic and are coming here to see how the covid measures that the store is providing, you will be very happy and feel safe with this option.

I came here at the very start of Tier 4 regulations in December 2020. It was a very simple purchasing procedure: I ordered and paid for my item online, then drove to this store, where I parked in a designated Click & Collect space and awaited assistance. It arrived very quickly, which was great. A young man in a face covering stood 6' away from my car, asked for my name and order number then told me my item would be brought to the car in a few minutes' time. Five minutes later, a different man appeared with my purchase, put it straight into the boot of the car with the receipt and I was good to go! The whole transaction, from choosing what I wanted from the website, to paying for it, to collecting it, went as smoothly as it ever could. The strict observations of the Tier 4 rules was greatly appreciated, too, so thank you to everyone involved in helping me safely get a new vacuum cleaner! Happy New Year, guys x x x

Store is very good. Stay helpful and polite. As a company though, Currys online service is poor. Cooker ordered online which arrived damaged. 30 mins on hold waiting to speak to someone and then unhelpful lady dealing with the return. Couldn't call store to ask about stock and they won't move stock between stores for easy collection. Not sure I'd use them again in this way. Store is better.

On the whole a decent ordering,paying and communication system, all done online, The digital experience was good. I did smile though when on collection it came down to a chap on the door with a clipboard and a pen taking names and order numbers down, then some dashing off to the stores to fetch the order. Absolutely nothing digital or techy about the collection process. All worked hard and smiled and we're pleasant to the customers
