We have had a really good experience in Halfords recently. We were greeted in a friendly way, and asked if we needed any help. A pleasant lady took us to where the products we needed were displayed, and told us about alternatives. She then waited till we had chatted about the item, and took us to an alternative which proved to be exactly what we needed. She was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about products sold. A very pleasant experience!

Phil not only takes best care of his customers but he seems to be the same with his team.
