Please call a mortuary outside of Imperial County to compare prices and services before coming to Hems. Our experience with them from beginning has been a nightmare. They have kept the body of our loved one over six weeks. They did not even tell us the body was ready. They have no courtesy and no sympathy for the pain and suffering of the families who are grieving. We we expressed our frustration and we told, well the next time you can call another mortuary in San Diego County. They were very rude about it. They are also at least twice as expensive as other mortuaries that we called. Please do not make the same mistake we made. Call around.
