like
Extremely poor and chaotic service for the last 12 months or more. Late, wrong and now inaccurate supply of gas mixes. Recent batches of regulators are not compatible with current cylinders. Cylinders have been found to have loose and therefore dangerous fittings. All attempts to get a senior executive of the company to contact us to provide a resolution to these problems has failed. This company, formerly STG before being purchased by CalGaz, used to be our top performing supplier. We now cannot find a replacement supplier fast enough. Terrible.
