I had some question and two employees help me and were friendly. Jen, one day and Hector the other. I don't have their last names at the Calumet City location. Hector was at the register and was calmly informative of the store no return policy at his time during the pandemic. Jen was very knowledgeable with medicines for cats and owns cats so she has direct experience that I trust. She also helped me with with grain free cat food I was looking for and cat toys. The store is clean, organized. Every time I go, it's the helpful friendly employees that make my day.

We always shop at Petco. My husbandused to work for the company. We are loyal customers for our cat and reptile products.

This isn't the largest pet store I've seen with the most pet options, but it's still pretty great. Especially for being within Calumet City. I got my Sunburst Orange Glofish Shark from here and he's very healthy and happy. There is a decent variety of fish to choose from along with turtles, frogs, hamsters, and lizards. I saw one furry puppy too! It's a great place to buy fish for sure since they have so many tanks, maintenance for aquariums, and plants to pick up. I recommend having a look around here.
