Our experience with this shop was absolutely shocking. If I could give it 0 stars I would. They completely messed us around. We waited weeks for our pram to be ‘delivered’ to the store, even though it was just sat in their warehouse. I ended up getting the pram a week before my due date. The staff were completely uninterested, every time I called to find out where my pram was they’d come up with a different excuse. Please don’t waste your time!!

My experience with babygear was frustrating! My double egg pram arrived faulty. One seat had a snapped piece of plastic, which was also sharp. I called them in March 2020, they told me I had to wait until the store reopened in June 2020. June came and I called them, no one knew or remembered by issue so I had to go through the process again. I kept being told id get call backs but never did. I chased and chased and got no where. My baby was born in April 2020! Its now Feb 2021. No refund or replacement or communication, they knew one of there customers had a fault item and baby was already here and they did nothing. A waste for money as it was a very expensive pram. I contacted egg and they said id have to speak to babygear. Very annoyed! Expensive and awful experience

Really great staff! Super friendly and very knowledgeable. We were so lost in terms of which travel system to get and they really helped with narrowing down the best choices for us! Also very good prices :) totally recommend

I collected an order today for an egg pushchair bundle for my daughter , the lady was very kind and stayed after closing so that i could still come today. Hope you guys can open soon so i can come in store and browse
