Rob Morrison is extremely courteous as he kept me updated on a start date before the work began and on the time his team would arrive on a daily basis throughout the project. He always took the time to answer any queries I had both in person and over the phone. The agreed work was carried out to a very high standard and on budget whilst keeping any disruption to a minimum. Rob was also very reasonable at pricing up any additional work required. Excellent aftercare, I had to call Rob back a couple of times after I had paid him as my Wife changed her mind about a couple minor details. Again, Rob was extremely courteous and came out at his earliest convenience and did not charge any extra for the amendments.
