This company is very irresponsible. I bought the product in the picture but could not get the item. The reason is that this company did not prepare full of export documents. It costed me almost 300 usd for this order and delivery. When I requested for a refund, they refused their responsibility, so I will have to report this to French government and policemen. You have to be careful when you buy their products. I don't recommend you their service. Be careful!

They may not have a very professional appearance, but they respond to e-mail relatively quickly and you get your goods (Netherlands after 9 business days). Unfortunately my order wasn't complete when it arrived, but when I e-mailed them about it, they had already refunded the money. Nice to have this option, I would buy from them again. Four stars because they don't have everything in stock, although the website said so.

I have purchased 100 EU of drinks from France - Export on 20.09.17. The drinks never arrived. Many email, many requests, laconic answers, promises of inquiry, but the product never arrived. Profoundly disappointed.

Alles hat bestens funktioniert. Von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung nach Österreich hat es insgesamt 9 Werktage gedauert. Die Ware war sehr gut und bruchsicher verpackt. Anfangs war ich etwas besorgt, weil ich dachte, ich hätte weder eine Bestell- noch eine Versandbestätigung bekommen. Doch wie sich herausstellte, gingen diese nur in meinem Spam-Ordner unter. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort bestellen.
