Just purchased myself an E-Pace from this dealership. Can't thank them enough, especially Harry Wilkinson. Who was my sales advisor. Absolute gent. Handover was the best experience I've had! Even had some free gifts and half a tank of fuel, which was just enough to get me home. By far the best Jaguar dealership I've bought a car from! Would definitely buy from this dealership again! 10/10

My husband has just picked his JaguarXF up, as it has had to go in for a 2nd time, in a matter of months for the same fault, only to be told that the work they had done the first time was not the real problem and after paying for that and a diagnostic today which apparently they now know what is wrong with it, he was told that it is a 2 step process, that's ok but not when its costing over 600. I am no mechanic but cars these days just need to be plugged in and it tells you what's wrong with the car. (I think). He has had 10 cars from barretts and well I dont think they will be seeing us again.

During the virus outbreak, and me totally on 'lockdown', my battery went flat! Got my battery charged then\u003e Problem: No Radio, satnav. aircon, nothing! Chris came on the line, contacted Jag at factory, which was closed. However, after a couple of weeks they supplied my 'system' number and now everything works again. So, don't let your battery go flat! Thanks to Chris, who was very helpful, good sense of humour & get friendly advice from. Reasonable price charged too!
