We called the team asking for assistance as our car had broken down in the fast lane. Within 20 minutes the car was on the recovery truck and already on the way home! Called Adam at 10pm on the side of the m4 came straight to me where other drivers had told me it's too late or they\ didn't have time \ loaded my car which had less than 2 inches of ground clearance and got it home without any issues, can't think of anyone better in South Wales!!
I d like to say a big thank you for this company. The team is very professional and very friendly. I waited less than 30 minutes for the truck to arrive and tow my car at the end of the year. I called We Tow Uk and explained what was wrong with my car. The track rod end (which was replaced by a garage in August) had popped off. Within 20 minutes of calling them, Gareth arrived. He was absolutely brilliant with us. He was professional and polite and managed to resolve the issue at the road side. I can’t recommend using these guys. Also speaking to Adam on the phone, who was very polite and very helpful. All round excellent service.
