I find it hard to communicate and engage with persons in authority due to child hood experiences. I the aforesaid person was used at five years of age without regard to my person. I am a human, emotional feeling, vulnerable- person. My mother who I love ad-infinitum, has just been diagnosed with cancer of the stomach. That stomach that bore I for nine months. I am worried about her physical health, so looking back in retrospect I get passive aggressive. She gets angry God bless her. To which I become verbally combative with her. She justifiably threw I out understandably. Reader what has this got to do with Trina Washington you might ask? My mother told the aforementioned she was ill. That I was ill. But housing support officer Trina Washington chose to disregard her by continually refusing to correspond to her calls. Now that I am homeless she still refuses my calls. If this is where government expenditure is going. Is this maybe why so many are homeless like me? God bless Britain!
Probably the worst service ever.... takes ever to answer the phone.... the work Careline should rename to DON'T CARELINE
I had the motor on my stairlift renewed about 1 month ago...came back off holiday to find the lift wasn't working properly, then this morning it stopped altogether. I rang your office about 11-30. The engineer arrived about 30 mins. later, and after changing the batteries, the lift was working and he was on his way...thank you so much. Best service ever.
