I bought some school shoes in september for my daughter costing over 50 pounds and the sole has come off one of the shoes and they are not going to replace as they said she has had 6 months of wear out if them and they are not going to replace them. The lady in the shop has glued them and said see how they go and she would give me 20% off a new pair mmmmm not that happy.

Fab shop and fab service! Have been going since they opened and wont take my kids elsewhere as there is a lovely range of shoes and Alex has always made sure the kids get the best fit possible. Highly recommended!!!
