They called me to ask if I would be willing to come in at 1 instead of my 3:40 appointment. I have been here an hour still no doctor. Mind you i am in the room. Guess this makes it Ok. Very unprofessional

Nadeem A Kazi MD, Greater Arizona Gastroenterology Associates, is brief, thorough and to the point, addressing the issue at hand. I first visited Dr Kazi for a colonoscopy in 2008 and again in 2017. Now he is treating me for hepatitis and liver disease. The Supporting Staff Members of Greater Arizona Gastroenterology Associates are all friendly, courteous, efficient and helpful.

I had an appointment, he was two hours behind and yet I still left his office on time. He rushed, did not care about professionalism, he had to make up for lost time. After going home and in the middle of the night I started bleeding from rectum, I thought it was from hemroids, I had to have 911 called, transported to hospital, was told if waited 30 more minutes I would have died. The Emergency room Dr made the statement that Dr Kazi had a bad reputation, and was not one to go to. A day later his office called me, I told her of the situation, and I had called a Mal-practice Attorney. To this day he has not called to make it right, or compensation . Not even I am sorry. He is a quack, and if your smart, find a better Dr. I have notified the VA to stop recommending him. He is only concerned about making money. It is now August, even after the VA contacted his office a few days ago, his attitude was that I should of read the paperwork. The day I went in for counseling, his office staff took my list of medications, and not once looked at it, only said stop blood thinners. I am not a doctor or Pharmacist so I do not know one pill from another. Office staff should have looked at my list of pills, highlighted and pointed out the ones not to take. The office staff, and assistance personal were very friendly, but lack professionalism, the Dr was cold, in a hurry and not really interested in my needs or concerns.

Love the staff, but Dr. Nadeem A. Kazi is un-passionate about his patients. I was trying to get to the bottom of why I had inflammation in my stomach and he was very short and his attitude was like he didn’t care. Bottom line I did get an answer as to why I got it. The follow up appt was a waste of money, I could’ve just called and said I’m doing better instead of paying to tell him in person. Wouldn’t go here, he’s just a condescending jerk.
