Absolute legends. The person who stole my bike decided to pawn it with these guys this morning but they smelt a rat and seized it, checked the internet for recent stolen bike listings and got in touch with me via email pretty quick. It probably isn't in their job description to do this but it has made my year that they decided to act! Just wanted to say thank you to them again.

I would just like to comment on the Bedminster store and a very helpful member of staff called Mark, I had an issue with an item I purchased but after emailing Mark and explaining the fault I had I received emails back with solutions promptly and it was dealt with within 30 minutes. A lot of retailers aren't to fussed about after sale customer service but i am glad to say that this store went above and beyond to make sure my fault was sorted in the quickest way. Thank you again
I got some stuff on buy back I've noticed you close at 3 now it's a bit tricky to come and collect my stuff I'm plushie not open on the weekends

I've used this Cash Converters for sometime now for selling and buy back and have always found the staff to be friendly and professional and was even once advised to buy something elsewhere as it would be cheaper which was very much appreciated as I'm 33 and can count on one hand the amount of time's I've had that much honesty from shop workers.
